Feedback results of our second simulated alpha testing! Every single metric 🚀

Namaste Tribe! We’ve been working hard on improving the app based on all the feedback we’ve received during our second simulated alpha test run.

I wanted to give you a quick overview of the survey results for this version of the WazirX app on Android, iOS and Web. We’re grateful to you for all the responses and for taking the time and effort to help us build WazirX into India’s most trusted Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency exchange.

The top 3 words that we heard from all the feedback received were(no surprises, same as last time) –

Easy/Simple
Beautiful

What is interesting however, is solid data that shows we’ve worked harder on making this version better than the previous one. Numbers and hard data are the best way to measure progress and here it goes!

89.8% people said the app launched fast for them
80.1% people said they found the product interface to be easy and fast for trading
95.7% people said they would recommend WazirX to their friends and family
70% rated the alpha app between 4 and 5 stars

86.4% people said they found the product interface to be easy and fast for trading
98.1% people said they would recommend WazirX to their friends and family
74.4% rated the alpha app between 4 and 5 stars

I’m proud of what we’ve achieved with this round of our alpha testing. We’ll be announcing the winners of this round next week. We’re sure even more than ever that we’ve connected with our tribe of users in the right way and are doing the right things for them. Numbers speak for themselves.

We’re now entering a crucial phase. We’re gearing up for launch and will reveal the exact date to you as soon as we’re done with all the bug fixes and improvements from the feedback received.
